1. Make sure you get a guarantee that the bed will work when it gets there...almost half of all used tanning beds do not arrive with all the parts needed to turn it on and operate it commercially.
2. Make sure you understand who will pay for damages during shipping...at least half of all used stuff gets scratched, dented, broken acrylics ($200 each) and broken lamps ($12 each) by the time they arrive in make-shift packaging.
3. Be aware of the cost to replace all the lamps and acrylics in the tanning bed you buy, usually between $400-$1000 per bed.
